Description : Light brown powder that has a moisture indicator that turns pink or red when in contact with water. The bacterium in this product are extremely viable and must be kept dry and in a cool place. Refrigerate upon opening
Use : The microbiota is activated by water and should be allowed to stand in a tumbler with 10-20ml of filtered or mineral water for 1-4 hours to mature and grow. Add to drink or food
(caution – do not exceed 4 hours as the bacterium will die)
Composition : The total Lactic Acid Bacteria (LAB) count for our product is 1.1 x 1010 cells of LAB /g
