Legal
Terms and Conditions
The terms that govern your use of rehabvet.com and our online services.
These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“you” or “your”) and RehabVet Pte. Ltd. (“RehabVet”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and govern your access to and use of the website located at rehabvet.com, together with any related online booking pages such as rehabvet.com/appointment, and any content, features, tools, forms and services made available through them (collectively, the “Website”).
These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and our Website Disclaimer, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use the Website.
1. About RehabVet & These Terms
RehabVet operates a veterinary rehabilitation clinic in Singapore providing services that may include physiotherapy, hydrotherapy, acupuncture, Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine (TCVM), hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) and related rehabilitation and wellness care for animals. The Website is the online presence for that clinic. Our registered and business address is 513 Serangoon Road, #01-01, Singapore 218154.
These Terms govern only your use of the Website. Any in-clinic veterinary services you receive are additionally subject to the separate consent forms, treatment plans, estimates and clinic policies provided to you at or before the point of care, which prevail over the Website to the extent of any inconsistency in relation to those services.
2. Definitions
In these Terms, unless the context requires otherwise:
- “Content” means all text, graphics, images, photographs, video, audio, logos, designs, layouts, software and other material made available on or through the Website.
- “Personal Data” has the meaning given to it in the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 of Singapore (the “PDPA”).
- “Services” means the online features made available through the Website, including enquiry and contact forms, appointment booking, and information resources.
- “User Content” means any material you submit, upload or transmit to or through the Website, including enquiries, messages, reviews and feedback.
3. Acceptance of the Terms
By accessing, browsing or otherwise using the Website, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms, as updated from time to time, and by any additional terms, policies or guidelines that apply to specific features of the Website. Your continued use of the Website constitutes your ongoing acceptance of these Terms.
4. Eligibility & Authority
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in order to use the Website. If you use the Website on behalf of another person, a household or an organisation, you represent and warrant that you are authorised to accept these Terms on their behalf and to bind them to these Terms.
5. Changes to These Terms
We may amend, update or replace these Terms at any time to reflect changes in our services, technology, or legal and regulatory requirements. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and publish the amended Terms on this page. Material changes take effect when posted. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to an amendment, your only remedy is to stop using the Website.
6. The Website & Our Services
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the Website for your own personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. We may, at any time and without liability to you, modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Website, or introduce or change features, eligibility requirements or limits, whether temporarily or permanently.
We use reasonable efforts to keep the Website available and its information current, but we do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. Please see our Website Disclaimer for further important information about the nature of the Content.
7. No Veterinary-Client Relationship
A veterinary-client-patient relationship is formed only when your animal has been examined and accepted for care by our veterinary team at our clinic. Always seek the advice of a qualified veterinarian regarding your animal’s health, and never disregard or delay seeking professional advice because of something you have read on the Website. If your animal is experiencing a medical emergency, contact a veterinarian or an emergency animal clinic immediately.
8. Bookings, Appointments & Enquiries
The Website may allow you to submit enquiries or request appointments through our forms, our booking page at rehabvet.com/appointment, WhatsApp, telephone or email. When you submit a request, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information about yourself and your animal. A request is not confirmed until we acknowledge and accept it.
Appointments may be subject to availability, assessment, cancellation and rescheduling policies notified to you by the clinic. We reserve the right to decline, reschedule or cancel a booking where clinically or operationally necessary. You are responsible for keeping the contact details you provide up to date so that we can reach you about your booking.
9. Fees, Payment & Products
Fees for veterinary services are set out in the estimates and invoices provided by the clinic and are payable in accordance with our clinic payment terms. Any prices, packages or product information shown on the Website are for general reference, may change without notice, and do not constitute a binding offer. Where the Website links to or facilitates the purchase of products, those purchases may be governed by additional terms presented at the point of sale. Unless otherwise stated, amounts are in Singapore Dollars and may be subject to Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable.
10. Intellectual Property
All Content on the Website, and the Website itself, including the “RehabVet” name, logos and brand elements, is owned by or licensed to RehabVet and is protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws of Singapore and other jurisdictions. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.
You may view, download and print Content for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided you do not remove any copyright or proprietary notices. Except as expressly permitted by these Terms or by law, you must not reproduce, republish, distribute, adapt, modify, translate, publicly display, sell, licence or otherwise exploit any Content without our prior written consent. Trade marks, service marks and logos of third parties appearing on the Website remain the property of their respective owners.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Website and these Terms will not exceed one hundred Singapore Dollars (S$100). Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the laws of Singapore, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
17. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RehabVet and its directors, officers, employees, agents and contractors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Website, your User Content, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
18. Suspension & Termination
We may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, suspend, restrict or terminate your access to all or part of the Website if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or applicable law, or where necessary to protect the Website, our clients or our team. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including those relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity and governing law — will continue to apply.
